Yeah it's a bit hard to post to apolyton at this time because it is usually peak hours in Apolyton. I have a lan connection and even I find it difficult sometimes so I don't know about you modem users out there.
I got an idea guys... would anyone object to me writing a brief summary of where everyone is currently at in their game. It would be a sort of power graph in words like thing. Just email me with some info about your civ... can be anything you'd like to share with the rest of the group... for example current numbers of cities(this one would be good) or current goal or it can even be an interesting landmark in your area that you've claimed and named.

I agree about these boards!!!! Much too slow and frustrating for me on a daily basis. I'm in 3 pbem games, and I can't stand this board.
How about setting up a mailing list? Something like Onelist is free. I wrote 2 e-mails to Monkey about it, but got no responce.
