Perhaps it's a firewall issue?

Where are you downloading from?

I think this is more an apolyton issue than a CivIII issue if you are downloading from apolyton- so you may wish to post it in the Apoly/Community section.

Why does this happen at Apolyton anyway? I've never understood why you have to rename all your extensions to ".zip"!

The attachment is still named "attachment.php"
You have to rename it manually (still).
