Turn 2 ==> Hexagonia
We interupt this broadcast to bring you an important newsflash.
News just in, several vessels have been reported lost at sea, coinciding with the apparent disappearance of many scout parties.
Over to our foriegn affairs reporter Owain Glyndowyr in Cardiff:
Rumours are rife in Cardiff and beyond about the sudden overnight disappearances. The townsfolk here claim to have seen several suspicious sheep in the area at the time.
Overseas stories include a marauding band in Rome, made easily identifiable by their small noses.
Back to you in the studio Merlyn.
Thank you Owain. And on a final note, a large proportion of the Australian population is reported to be heading for the Welsh capital. Recent reports suggest that they are coming to watch groups of men with strange shaped balls run around for the delight of spectators. Cardiff Councillors deny all knowledge of the said activity, stating "Rugby World Cup, no, never heard of it.."

Turn 3 ==> Shavlor
The Council convened to solve the inefficiency of communication between the empires. Mayan delegates argued eloquently for a strong schedule, as well as plenty of lead time. Unfortunately lead time seemed to contradict efficient communications. Assyrian delegates also believed that a parcel the size of 100k didn't take that long to recieve.
A stronger clearer schedule was drawn up by the Council. However this schedule has not been approved by any of the Delegates except the Assyrians. And is waiting the Approval of the Empires
Sunday - Thursday
Sophix 11pm-12am EST (GMT 4am-5am)
Shavlor 12am-2 am EST (GMT 5am-7am)
Jon 7pm - 9pm GMT (EST 2pm - 4pm)
Demosthenes 9pm - 11pm GMT (EST 4pm - 6pm)
Fire Red Ram 7pm - 9pm EST
Hexagonian 8pm - 10pm CST
Friday - Saturday
One turn in the two day period.
The weekend section of schedule has yet to be finished most delegates said very little concerning the leaders shedule on those days,
The council also believes it would be fine to allow a player to for go their turn on any particular day as long as they played before the following players turn the following day, and this event didn't happen to often.
Fire Red Ram regained control of the Native American Empire after the brief Silicon revolution, all though details are sketchy, It is believed the empire has fallen into depression caused by the poor leadership of AI, the silicon rebel leader.

On one of the Roman expedictions there was found to be a Australian settlement intruding on the land giving to the Romans by right. The Romans are willing to forgive this rude invasion if the Australian people don't try to expand farther into Roman teritorry. The Roman leader is in the process of sending troops to both protect the city of Darwin and also to secure the border between these nations.

Because the Mayan people are frugal and thrifty people at heart, they have been using NetZero (free internet access) which, although servicible, does run slowly at times and is prone to shut down several times during downloads, causing the Mayan technicians to scream in primal frustration. The technicians have access to fast, dependable Internet services at their place of employment, which allows them not only a fast download, but also to monitor the PBEM global situation and offer their pearls of wisdom to the other leaders of the world, without affecting work performance.
The Mayan people believe strongly in presenting their ideas and thoughts about situations that arise, but they will also strive for concensus. After all, clear communication will make everyone happier.
Having said all that, the Mayan people think that the schedule looks fine, and they appreciate the work of the Assyrian bureaucrats to bring this about.
