	Custom Player Properties / Multiple Human Player Choices? Suffering from ads?

I'm working on a scenario with custom player properties (starting techs, etc) and theres a box that says "Human Player", and I can only check it for one civ. Is it possible to allow the player to choose which civ it wants to be?

(after i post this im going to try clicking it OFF for every civ.

If you want the human to be able to select any Civ, then leave the Civ box on 'Any'. Then the player can select which civ he wants when the game starts. The downside to this is you can't assign civ-specific colors through the Player Properties, nor can you assign more than the four starting technologies to any of the civs.

... And you have to give them all the same starting government and the same amount of starting cash.
