cool. Lets get this game going. Ok for starts, where can I download the scenario? Never playing this game before, I hope Russia isn't in a such poor shape that it would spent the entire length of the scenario bringing it up to par. Well again congradulations on this pbme starting. By the way, whoose turn it is?

December 1869, the Russian Tribune reports the crowning of the new emperor Civfan went as planned. Emperor Civfan held assembly today in the Russian house of Barons. The emperor states.
'Today marks a new beginning for Russia. People today will start experiencing a successful economic boom. We will build our country to a glorious new era.'
In the house of barons, an outline of building the countries power was given to the barons.
The barons aggreed on the new reforms and suggested ways on how they could afford the investments. An organization of the country was going to be needed, especially the resources.
One highlight of the economic boom which the emperor stated to the nation was the continuing of the Grand Railway accross Russia. For several years the plan was idle as money ran out of the project.
In foriegn relations, the emperor proposals of a non-aggression pact with Germany, Japan, Britain, France and America is on the table. Russia wants stablilty in the world and non-aggression pacts will help create stability.

EMPEROR NAPOLEON III DIES
Paris- Emperor Napoleon III died today leaving his distant cousin’s roommates daughter’s son, Prometheus to rule the French Empire, all hail the Emperor.
BUDGET DEFICITS TO MAKE FRANCE A THIRD RATE POWER
Paris – Due to the terrible economic situation that the former Emperor created Emperor Prometheus has decreed a rapid trading program to bring about the economy out of the recession of the 1860’s. France is encouraging other powers to sign trade treaties with it and enjoy the prosperity of cooperation.
NON-AGGRESSION TREAY SIGNED WITH RUSSIA
Moscow- The French ambassador to the Russian Empire today has signed a treaty of Non-Aggression with Russia. The Treaty basically consists of the basic premises that neither side will take hostile action or aggressive posturing toward one another. The French Ambassador remarked that both empires has much in common and looks forward to improving its relation with Great Russian Empire. “For greater Stability in Europe and around the World the French Empire is pleased to enter into a treaty of non-aggression with the Russian Empire ” the Ambassador was quoted as saying.

The British empire welcomes the proposed treaty of non-aggression with Russia. As it is our wish to preserve the stability of Europe and the Far East, we also offer similar treaties to France, Germany, the United States, and Japan.
Our nation is only currently concered with the development and industrialization of our Indian and Australian colonies, as well as trade around the globe. We hope all nations will accept our goods and agree to trade with us freely.

Russians celebrate a new year under the leadership of emperor Civfan.
So far the emperor has been doing things right. Economic plans our in force and relationships with the rest of the world have been very good.
