I'm trying to connect to www.civ3.com but it's not there.
Is it down?
Are they uploading new stuff?
Can you guys get there?

Hm. Every time I use traceroute I am more baffled by the peculiarities of the IP. Have a look at this (I know traceroutes are rarely of much use for finding out about dropped servers, but this specimen just strikes me as pretty damn weird):

but why do it like this , they could post a message or so , saying ; " site down for construction , back up in 10 hours or so" , .....

its a shame they dont put some more work in that site , ....

and at least there could have been a small message , saying something like , we are sorry , back in 2 hours or so , .....that takes only 1 minute to make , ....
