I think we've reached the point where, at least for the Apolyton team, we should start to take nominations for our first elections.

But before we start thinking about elections, we really need a definite starting date.

September 1, perhaps?

You could start everything except the actual playing of the game before sep1. Nominations, elections, citizen groups and things like that.
