This is the picture that was posted by Boddinton's

rah removed it, and Ming banned Boddington's for it while he not even saw it.

do you guys think Boddingthon's should be banned for it?

If ever a thread deserved Postia Ante Deletia, this is it. Read the FAQ and you'll see that banning is at a moderator's discretion, not by democratic vote.

The picture itself is vulgar and a bit sexist IMHO, but compared to the bigoted sexist/xenophobic/anti-semetic/homophobic/etc...etc... rants and flames that are actually written in the OT it is tame.

Totally untrue.

He was banned for a posting a picture that violated Apolyton Rules. And, I HAVE NEVER stated I saw the picture. I said I based it on my conversation with Rah, who did indeed see the picture. And I trust his opinion and interpretation of the rules more than I trust Boddy's... And are you sure that the picture he sent you is indeed the picture that he posted and was restricted for... He posted two... was that the one that violated the rules... or was it the other one

Or are you just going on what Boddington's told you...
