Why are the Japanese so arrogant??? Increase Your PM Length

In all the games I played against the Japanese, I have total dominance over them in all aspect, but still everytime I talk to them, they make outrageous demands... what's up with that???

To whom is this statement directed?

Japs, Russians, Zulus and other civs have are set (in the Editor) on high in their Agressiveness Slider. These Civ's tend to be a bit on the arrogant side when it comes to Diplomacy. IMHO there is a direct correlation btwn them. On the other hand when you have India or France for which the AS is set to low they tend to be a lot more friendly during interaction!
