Im back, and ive decided on a turnchat for Sunday, as it is a very agreeable day apparently

i just need to know, what hour would you all like to play this turnchat on?

im only giving a few choices, not a choice of 24 tho. This is a restricted choice

your options are:

1 pm EST (18:00 GMT)
2 pm EST (19:00 GMT)
3 pm EST (20:00 GMT)
4 pm EST (21:00 GMT)
8 pm EST (1:00 GMT)
9 pm EST (2:00 GMT)

voting lasts 2 days (so that i can set this up a good 3 days before the chat). The poll is officially unofficial.

Ah f***. Looks like my poll backfired - Sunday sucks worse than any other day but Wednesday, and this poll includes all the times that it sucks for!

Someone up there really wants to see me frustrated.

It's just kinda strange that, whenever I whinged about it, I got a lot of sympathy from ppl who wanted a different time, yet in that unofficial poll of mine, the majority voted for the same time as currently, and a huge majority voted for times around that time!

I guess you gotta laugh. This means that there is either a large number in turnchats who don't say much here, ppl were just being sympathetic or (the paranoid option) there are a lot who are intentionally being malicious.

Well I got news for you unseen majority - if you think this will cause me to go away and stop making a fool of myself for Tass and UnOrthO's papers, you're darn wring.

Ah yes, and it was very clever to split the time fitting the Europeans in 4 options (13 votes so far) and the time fitting the Americans only in 2 (10 votes so far). You would go well for a real time politician.

I see the point of having weekday turnchats during the evening EST (because of all Americans working). But I think an EST afternoon is completely acceptable on Sundays.

I urge you to come back on your decision for Sunday's chat. We'll see for next ones.

I do not see any difference in making participating impossible for either side. Making turnchats in a time when Americans are at work is as bad as making them in a time when Europeans sleep, not to talk about Asians and Australians. Stop these turnchats. They are silly and boring crap and will destroy this game. They already do.

And if the Yanks enjoy to chat without Euros, nobody hinders them. Just go to DALnet, open a channel #Yankpub and you are there. But please don't do this at the cost of this game.
