Good point. I think we need a candidate for this position.

I would love to run for a position, but as the current turnchats are 3 PM US CT, and I work full time, I would be unable to attend most of them. Which would be unfair to the game and our citizens. I consider (for myself anyway) attending turnchats a part of the job. Maybe if the turnchat time issue goes to a different enough slot, I can participate more; or if turnchats end for game play and go to turn threads.

With a president from New Zealand, I assume turnchats will ever be forgotten (to be replaced by turnthreads), or won't be at decent hours for Europeans. Since the big majority of Apolytonians are from NA, I think MWIA will take turnchats to convenient hours for Yanks / Pacificans.

I still think turnchats need to alternate timezones to cover the vast majority of our citizens, but I doubt that would happen. And while I am a NA timezone person, my job would still interfere with all but a really late or early time (before midnight my time or after about 9 am my time) since my hours vary otherwise.

If the turn thread becomes a reality, I would consider running for office.

I would like to run for positon. I am willing to devote my time to the game and make it work through its problems without causing revolutions and revolts amongst the citizens. Any position is fine as long as i can make changes to provide a better more stable environment.

You make it sound like a necessary evil to have a Kiwi President And I don't know about alternating time turnchats, but I will do my damnedest.
