	Newbie Questions Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

on monday I got my home-internet connection back. also on monday I got my new hard drive working. and now I would like to try MP Civ2 (I have MGE) during the week end. I haven't done that before. what do I need to do?

EDIT: I posted my ICQ number to that ICQ number thread.
how long MP games usually last? one evening?

only if you use a contrived finish, a full game is never finished in one session usually many sessions, if playing upto 7 players can take months

You only need the patch if you're playing other people that have it. Everyone in the game has to be at the same patch level. But since that's everyone here, You need it.

im an experienced solo player whom is looking for a multi player game...civ 2...until civ 3 comes out....so how do i get started in a multi game...and do i need anything special on my comp to allow it to run???
