Being the plaintiff and therefore first poster in the trial, Skywalker's absence would completely stall the post. There would be no point in posting the court thread as scheduled today. I will inform all parties of a new time when one becomes available.

It is then once again scheduled for 4 pm EST... forgot the GMT. 9 pm I think

Ordinarily it doesn't matter if the defense counsel is ready or not since they get time after the plaintiff to defend themselves. In this case I decided since I explicitly stated it was delayed, to confirm with the defense before proceeding.
