	What is going on? Support Apolyton, buy Call to Power 2

I have been away for two weeks and just came back. I am reading about revolutions and some are even saying that The Banana is evil I know it may take awhile but could someone please give me an overview of the important things that have happened in the past two weeks?

Overall the banana is not evil.

Other than that. What some are calling the turnchat of doom happened. Only a fraction of the current government is running for re-election (no ninot, timeline, spiffor, etc), and were more than likely going to have a New Zelander pres.

Here's a (hopefully) comprehensive summary :
I don't know if you were around when we declared war to America. It was a breeze : we've lost 2 archers, and got 4 of their cities (out of 6), including Washington.

We are now on the verge to attack France, with newly upgraded swordsmen.

Don't listen to "the banana is evil". An anarcho-heretic started this thread, and we didn't bananed him to death because of our Democracy (sigh ).

The revolution was started by Uber, who was frustrated by an horrible turnchat (now called Turnchat of Doom). A revolution won't success, because Uber had what he wanted : a true and deep depate about a major overhaul of our institutions. So, the revolution is now dead, even if the thread gets bumped every now and then.

What we are tending to is a system with much fewer ministers (basically war, foreign, domestic) and more power to local area governors.

Turnchat of Doom also gave a new youth to the turnthread idea. Indeed, in the near future, it will be impossible to ahve satisfying turnchat times for both Europe and America (not mentioning New Zealand where our future Prez comes from).
Plus, there are more and more orders, so turnthreads could become a reality in the near future.

About the elections : most of the past governments aren't running again. Ninot, Timeline, myself, Uber AFAIK, are not running (Yes, I am not running anymore, because someone is willing to take up the job).
MWIA is running for Prez (many people asked him), and Unorthodox for VP. Overall, this election is an occasion to get fresh blood, and a new look at the game.

Does NOONE know where New Zealand is? It is NOT a small town in Tasmania, it is the country just to the right of OZ. Some world maps I have seen in American published books miss it completely, but it is there.

If I become Prez, you'd all BETTER learn where it is.

MWIA: I apologise for the incorrectly stating your nationality.
After pressing my face against the monitor and squinting my eyes for several hours I noticed that there are in fact 4 stars and not 6 on your flag.

Of course I know where NZ is and to prove it here are some random NZ facts.
NZ is that japan shaped country to the SE of Australia.
There are 2 islands to NZ and 2 of the cities in NZ are called Auckland and Wellingnton
Quite a mountainous country NZ has an absolute load of sheep. I thinks its 300 per person.
NZ is where alot of Lord of the rings was shot
The name new zeland is latin for "japan shaped country near australia".
NZ was created in 1941 by the Japanese government in an attempt to confuse the US millitary
Much like the Irish,scots and welsh hating the English most New zelanders hate australians.

Ok a few of these are lies but overall I do know a bit about the country.

I remember I learned all about New Zealand when I was five and I spent all my time reading this sort of informative atlas thingy (actually, I still use it from time to time), among other things.
