The Romans have no time for these silly celibrations instead they only have time for the war they were so treibley forced into. The Romans are massing a very large army which will destroy the pathlatic Welsh. Did WISE not also see the Cannons and MuskatMen in the gathering?

Shavlor, if you are referring to the gathering of WELSH cannons and musketeers, then yes, we know about that.
If you are referring to the gathering of ROMAN cannons and musketeers, then I'd advise that you see a doctor.  The Romans have yet to discover Agricultural Revolution, let alone Gunpowder and Cannon making. Just because we are at war, does not mean I am unaware of how your science may be advancing. 
No Agri Rev, equals no Mills or Pikemen. No Gunpowder or Cannon Making equals no Cannons or Musketeers. I'm afraid that you can't trick me that easily. If you suddenly get lucky and 'find' gunpowder, without mills it'll still take you at least 15 turns to build a musketeer. The Welsh have perfected the art of building these units quickly, and we are sending these crack troops in your direction Shavlor.

The WISE have yet to establish an ETA for the Roman cannon fodder, yet it is widely rumoured that within the next two turns the Welsh will be able to see the suicidal Romans coming across the horizon.
The WISE have managed to confirm that a huge build up of forces is happening on both sides of the war, and the upcoming battle is being looked upon as potentially the most decisive yet.
