Turn 97 ==> Tom Red
Pope Mobius I,
Wales welcomes your time at the helm of Australia, our neighbour, friend and ally. Perhaps we can liase about your campaign strategy, if not for mutual gain, then surely so that we do not get in each others way, yes?

Wow! Mayan diplomats our brave folk. But their bravery was awarded as they witnessed the heavy bombarding of the Roman city. If he survives, we advise the diplomat to head south to the former Roman city.

Pope Mobius I, might I suggest Tchaikovsky's 1812 Overture? It's also a little early, but then it's also very apt, no?

To the noble Assyrians, we are sending a diplomat to Gasur to establish an embassy, hope this is OK.

Noble Tom Red, Chief of the Native Americans we welcome an embassy established by the your people, but you need not travel to Gasur, as Tarentum as been recently acquired by the Egyptians, er Assyrians. The Arch Bishop has become confused with some one known as the Pharaoh, who should come into possesion of a city by the name Tarentum in another world, tis odd indeed.

Welsh troops have taken it upon themselves to take a closer look at the fighting in the north. It appears as though a sizeable force of Welsh regiments are heading in that direction.

Turn 102 ==> Sophix
Welsh troops are finding their path to the siege of Londinium blocked by the city of Neapolis. As the Romans always believe the quickest route to anywhere is a straight line, we shall take the straight line, through Neapolis.
One phalanx got a little eager and rushed ahead into the city alone, never to return, but his big brother is right behind, with some of his mates...

Greetings to the Assyrians. I look forward to long and peaceful relations.
You may have heard rumours of an uprising in the north of our republic. This is completely unfounded and has nothing to do with Native American bad luck and incompetence.

The mighty Romans still will fight on. The Roman people are not rejoicing from the Cannon bombardments, but from spies which were captured inside their fine city snd being executed.
