World Balance Report Vol.1 as written from the under-secretary of foreign office of the United States of America at 3350 BC (turn 13) under the supervision of the minister:
World Power Chart
-----------------
1st: Zulus
2nd: Assyrians
3rd: Brazilians
4th: Americans
5th: Germans
6th: Japanese
Top 5 Cities
------------
1st: New York (Americans)
2nd: Assur (Assyrians)
3rd: Ninevah (Assyrians)
4th: Uruk (Assirians)
5th: Tlokwa (Zulus)
Under-secretary's comments:
The population of the other cities was not able to be confirmed so the above list may not be correct.
President Keygen's announcement to the Congress:
We are growing faster and although our great country is in the 4th place of the World Power Chart, will soon raise to the 3rd position, surpassing the Brazilians! This will be a great achievement.
Inteligence Service's Report:
We have confimed contact with the Brazilians from our scout at the Central America, south of Mexico. It is a phalanx heading north. Intentions unknown.
President Keygen's announcement to the Congress:
A scout unit at south of Mexico spoted a Brazilian phalanx heading north. This is our first contact with another nation and the first with the Brazilian nation!!! There is nothing else known about them but soon we will be able to have more informations about their intentions!
Turn 13 to Creator.
President Keygen.

Kryzstof please play the turn Keygen sent you
and send it to Jon since he is now back.
Keygen the phalanx which you have spotted is our just a scout who's missions was twofold. 1st: To make contact with our neighbor, the Americans.
2nd: To establish a border with them.
We the Brazilains hope to have a long and peaceful friendship with the Americans.

I think the Turn rate in this game is utterly stupid especially considering the stage of the game.
To have taken eight weeks to reach Turn 14, which I haven't even received yet, is terminally boring.
I think I will opt out, though I will of course play until a replacement is found, as this offers the same level of excitement as watching paint dry.
Sorry Shavlor, it's a lovely scenario but at this pace we will all be very old men by the time it is completed.

Sorry Shavlor I have had as much boredom as I can take.
Despite the exhortations to greater haste nothing has improved so please AI me and seek a replacement player for the Japanese. About the only thing that I can even remember is that I am the Japanese!
I'm in some pretty sedate games but nothing even comes close to this one and the others at least have the redeeming feature that when I do get a Turn I have more to do than move a few exploration units and hit 'END'.
Best of luck and apologies once again. It was a very nice idea for a Scenario and should have been the basis for an interesting game but a Turn a week, at best, is really only an exercise in frustration.
