Turn 78 to Frazer
The Taosoich was disturbed by Mayan claims of intellectual parity with The Irish but has been assured by the Dept. of Science and Technology that these are purely empty boasts. Small and weak though she is Ireland is the home of the World's greatest minds as well as the Home Port of the World's greatest Navy.

I issue a personal plea to may old ally Chairman Sophix to implement emergency measures to cut toxic emissions. As we know our Mayan friends are equally concerned by this situation we would suggest that they gift the knowledge of Conservation upon the English that they might improve this situation by constructing recycling centres.

England has heeded calls for less pollution. The English government has authorized measures to bring pollution into line.

The Free State has sadly felt it neccessary to turn down the Mayan proposed Tech Exchange on the grounds that we feel that far from aiding in reducing Pollution the ability for so mighty a nation to construct Advanced Mines would add to the problem rather than reduce it. Ireland does not have a problem with toxic emissions being a nation of many small cities rather than the huge conurbations of our neighbours. Being an advance of no possible military value we plead with Noble Slamp to give this to Chairman Sophanthro for the love of all humanity.

The Slav Confederate Goverment strongly recommends that British Authorities will reduce pollution. It is necessery because your pollution is bad for our people too. We urge all Nations, which can help English to resolve this problem to aid them in all power

The proletariat are becoming restive and there is talk of revolution on the streets of Dublin. The Garda had to be called in to break up demonstrations in several major Cities with water cannon needing to be employed in Sligo.

The Free State celebrates it's greatest achievement yet! The rewards of centuries of scientific study, whilst others were concerned with base material gain, have born fruit. Citizen Ediison has chosen to work amongst us having declared the workplace we have striven so long and hard to construct for him to be of unsurpassed quality!

My apologies to Prime Minister Don if I failed to acknowledge his Peace Treaty but I fear that The Taosoich was somewhat less than entirely of sober mind and therefore took his turn rather rapidly and without consideration to any messages, plead again and you may gain a positive answer.

We hope the Great Taosoich is in a more sober state of mind this time around when he address's our requests for a peace treaty and embassy. After he hopefully accepts our offer, we wish to offer him a couple of boatloads of some fine Canadian brew.
