I am also happy for your diplomat to proceed south and east of Melbourne, in search of new lands.

In the meantime, the Theocracy of Australia, by the grace of god, has seen it's culture slowly become that which god wanted. Aside from a few good natured riots, the people are happy, and looking forward to a long awaited rise in rations in the near future.

NEWS FROM THE COURT

The reports filtered in to our courts that the Welsh suffered the first casualties of this young world. What appeared to be a Welsh horseman of some sort was set upon by a disreputable band of barbarians, and destroyed. Hextapul rent His robes in a public display of grief.

However, one of the minor functionaries of the court was heard to whisper, "Ahhhh, one less Welshman in the world" When hearing of the comment, Hextapul had the functionary brought forth and he was beheaded.

It seems lately that Hextapul has had to take draconian measures to deal with some of the shortcomings of the Incan people. That is why He is their leader - to bring civilization to a people who sorely lack it.

It's enough that He has to teach them humor - now he has to continually teach them courtesy.

The people of Wales are dismayed. The most recent poll of nations puts us bottom, and falling fast. Somein Wales believe that these laegue tables are based upon the views of other nations, but then that would mean everyone thinks the Welsh to be fools and have no time for us. This we cannot accept.

Others believe that league tables are a negative way of looking upon things, and that greatness should be sought out. We in Wales believe that everyone has at least one good point, regardless of how bad they may generally be.

So wwe are putting foward our drinking attributes as our best facet, and to hell with all of you!
