As leader of such a great nation, I feel a great weight of responsibility upon my shoulders. There is much pressure upon me to ensure the survival and indeed growth of my people.
The fear of meeting other, less friendly peoples is a constant worry to me. It is true that we have already met the Japanese and they so far appear to be non-aggresive. However I am nervous at the prospect of having to trust the intergrity of what, after all are no more than heathen savages. Having found these Japanese people, does this mean we can expect to find other nationalities on this world and might not they be more prone to warlike tendancies?
I have sent out many brave units, in search of fertile land on which I might expand my empire. I fear for the safety of these units and though I have great faith in the fact that God will protect my people in any conflict, the responsibility of every one of these lives is ultimately mine alone and it is a vast responsibility that I carry.
To this end, I will do all in my power to ensure the safety of my people. Any heathens should be aware that no mercy will be shown to any individual or settlement who attempts to stand in the way of Russian expansion, or who I deem to be a threat to any Russian unit. With Gods help we will conquer this desolate planet and claim it in the name of Mother Russia!
Be Warned all ye who seek to oppose us!
