Some have expressed a desire to hold a chat when we declare war. I could possibly make some time for a Saturday chat session: Would you prefer that to a turnthread being played out Sunday?

Also, Chat times.

Ministers, please POST which of the times, if any, you can attend.

Time 1: 1400 EST-1600EST

Time 2: 1900 EST-2100EST

Can someone give the GMT equivalent please?

One note: if we end up holding a turnchat, please, PLEASE don't hold it on dalnet. I can recommend many other IRC networks that are smaller and faster than dalnet.

Sunday is out for me. Saturday afternoon might work.

1400EST (11:00am my time) won't work for me. I would prefer 1800 or 1900EST, if possible.

Saturday night we have a lot of guests coming over and I've been conscripted for CLEANING DUTIES on Saturday. Hopefully should be done by mid-afternoon.

But I do have deputy minister that might be able to attend. I'm not opposed to turnchats, so long as we can get a reliable server to host it. Dalnet has been p*ssing me off lately. Every chat I've gone to over the past month has been fragmented at best.

While turnchats can be fun, I think it is time to stick to the trusty turnthread.

Edit: Missed Togas post! I never had any issues with Dalnet- never had any sort of dellay or such. I should be able to make any turnchat this weekend if that wins the vote.

on the weekends anytime is good for me. On weekdays I would much prefer 19-2100 time(For me that is 1900 cdt tp 2100 cdt, I put this on because in the past posted time was 1hr off). Also I don't see why we can't issue orders then carry them out in an informal chat. I ahve a plan here it is.
1)A turnthread for 5 turns is started
2)After everybody has issued orders the turn is played that evening or the next day(best since it will give time for polls and coreretions)
3) Restart process

One thing that did occur to me is the war should be done through a chat since unforseen events could occur.

I can make a chat anytime after 14:00 EST on saturday, as long as I know a day or two in advance. Sunday will be hard for me to make a chat, but I can try if that is the decision as long as I know by thursday. (I understand that sunday would be a thread instead, so it is more acidemic if I am around on sunday).

Either way I will check out the save and update as necessary.

There will be no CHAT on sunday. I said I will play out the turnTHREAD on Sunday. That would likely be best for me, but I will accomidate a chat in the specified times since some people requested it, what with the war and all.

I am incredibly sorry. I must cancel any plans of a possible chat on Sat. I was informed of a wedding that I had thought was NEXT Sat. Apologies for getting all youre hopes up. I cannot predict wha time I will be doing the turns on Sunday, so no cha is possible then either. Now, let this poll die into the abyss where it belongs.

Turnthreads primarily. You can hold a chat for the turns if your crzy enough, but I say its time to completely convert to turnthreads.
