Yes, it's time for my pity party.

I haven't been on and around as much lately as I should have been, or like to have been, and simply vanishing without a trace isn't a very good thing to do for my reputation, or for the respect I owe you all.

I hereby resign from all official positions, including Justice of the First Court of Apolytonia, the Co-Founder and Chairperson of the UFC, Founder and Chairperson of the Imperialist Party, and any other positions I may (unknowingly) hold. I'm also dissolving any political affiliation I previously held. The elimination the useage of political entities is a good way to end things here, and it's good to see party politics all but disappear in the last month.

I will try to stop by and say hi, and you may find me from time to time in the chatroom, but I can't guarantee anything anymore. If you want my (new) MSN Messenger address, PM me, and I'll answer you eventually. You can also add me to AIM or ICQ if you want to say hi.

And so, I must depart...

Wow. Gazette article came out at just the right time.

Trip, It'll be a shame to loose you. You've been one of the most infulential citizens in the game, leading us through our start as our first president, and also doing numerous other things to guide us through the next administrations. Good luck in real life, and thanks for your dedication and contribution.

Farewell and I hope you grace us again with your presence. You made this game what it is and were invaluable. Personally I still don't understand how you didn't get that second term, you deserved it. But farewell and good luck. There will always be a place for you in out empire.

Goodbye, Mr. Trip. It's really sad to see you go, but you are in our history forever, as our first President (a great president!), one of our Founding Fathers. Thanks for all.
