It does not give extra units or builings, but it fixes some balance problems, adds stragety depth, and keeps flavor of original (and unmoded) Civ3.

Soren, I'm not quite done with it. Real Life (or what I laughingly like to think of as Real Life) has kept me from finishing this as soon as I'd have liked. I'll make sure you get a copy special when it's done.

I call it Watercolor Terrain (for lack of a better name).
