hi ,
one thing they also forgot is this example ,
in the year Y , civ A , B and C sign a trade emabrgo against D , E declares war on F and A , .... etc , .....
a bit like the scripting from civ 2 , BUT more advanced and improved and with more options  
with PTW we should get a "more advanced editor" , ... so who knows , .....
