Turn/Time Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations

I'm a beginner trying to learn, so this might be a naive question, but is there any way to alter the turn/time length and when the switch overs occur?

No one has located anywhere in any of the text files where you can change the number of years per turn, and change the arbitrary ending year of the game??

Support Apolyton, buy Civilization: The Boardgame

Gramphos hasn't even been able to figure out how to change it in the save game with the MultiTool. He's managed to find a way to adjust the start and end dates, but not the years per turn, at least not that I know of.
