Prove(or provide overwhelming evidence) to me the existance, or non existance of God.

"There is no God... because limitless power is unattainable,"
Why is that?
"It is impossible for him to exist, because there would alway belay the possibility that a stronger force exists, and if that possibility exists, that which is considered god is not truly God."
If his power is limitless, then there is nothing bigger- the concept of infinity might wrap human's brains into a pretzel, but its a real lol.
"*wins*"
Nope lol.

Also I believe human beings have the right to think on their own, not to have some higher being to direct them. So that is another reason why I think god doesn't exist. |
Quantum theory shows that something can come from nothing(though I understand alot of the quantum theory stuff, I CONTINUE to maintain that it is bullshit, and we will find the true answers eventually, heh).

Than that theory basically proves my philosophy too. Something can come out of nothing... so why should their be a god? That theory really needs to be redefined heavily. I don't know crap about it and don't care as I am going with my gut feeling when it comes to religion. |
My gut dosent know, heh.
I've read tons of stuff on quantum theory, but it is so counter-intuative, that I cannot accept it as fact, or even as a coherant set of ideas......I am convinced we will come up with something more inteligent some day.

If time exists, what came before time?

No-one said that God had to be controlling your thoughts.

That is not a coherant question, it is just an inadequacy in our imperfect language which allows it to exist-because no language is perfect, things which arent really paradox's can be put into words to sound as such.

bah, your escaping the question. Your not coherant!
Can an all powerful (omnipotent) being create a challenge even they can not overcome? |
That is not a real concept, thats like asking for the square root of negative 2, its just an impossible concept put into words, by an imperfect system.

bah, you escape the question endlessly because you cant find the answer
if it cant be explained, and it cant be fathomed, then it cant be.
i dont believe in a being with infinite power, and i think if there is a God, he doesnt have it.
If you had the cohones to answer a question with reason, youd answer the question in SOME way, other than just beat on human languages. |
Find me the square root of negative 2, then I'll answer, LOL! Its the same thing.
