Just a little scenario a threw together. I basically made a tiny continental map with 16 start locations and then made changes as best I could to make it playable for everyone. As the title suggests, you only get one city (at least until settlers appear with Nationalism). However, I have made it accelerated start-up by default, more output from tiles, lower research rates and made town and cities 9 and 18 respectively so you can still actually do stuff regardless of your surroundings.
Anyway, here it is any comments on how it is a stupid idea etc. are welcome
