I understand that Irish don't want to control their pollution. I think it's a very bad news and I hope Irish government will change their mind.

Turn 112 to Frazer.

Please do not mistake Irish poverty and backwardness as equating to a lack of resolve. Normal etiquette would dictate that France would have given prior notice of the sending of an Envoy. More importantly despite having been warned French Warships have encroached yet deeper into Irish waters.

These vessels will leave or we will have a serious diplomatic 'incident'.

A submarine was found in Mayan's water and must leave asap. We're not sure but this submarine could be Slav or Viking.

The IFSN has detected no submersible craft but her West Coast Fleets have remained in port since the resolution of our arguement with the Mayans. However, Ireland would appreciate Mayan intelligence as to the whereabouts of this craft so that we may track it.

Is ctpdc@egroups.com working? I haven't recieved any messages in a while, but my mail account has gone schitzoid.

Power your mail with the ZX engine, hah. Are they joking? Anyways my zxmail account is to put it kindly a pain in the ass . So please send my turns to

sophix@ucsd.com

I'm sending an email to everyone on my ctp list. Mail might get thru to my zxmail account, but sending mail there is like playing russian roulette.

Oh one last thing I will be unable to play my turns from Nov 22 - Nov 28. I'll be looking for subs; and Christmas break is looking sketchy but that's way to far away to say anything for sure.

I would question what the Canadian Premier would have us do without the ability to construct Recycling Plants?

The PDI is not ignorant of it's duty to protect the Planet's fragile eco-system but it should be remembered that we are the smallest, most backward and weakest nation with nothing but the dedication of the workers to rely upon for our very survival. The Proletariat have at last begun to taste the fruits of their sweat and toil and to expect us to shut factory gates in their faces because of the 'environmental concerns' of a Capitalist Dictatorship is laughable!

Turn to Frazer.

Official Statement of Policy.

In the light of recent events, in a far off land, The PDRI has decided that it needs to tackle the problems of Industrial Pollution most urgently. To this end all major Industrial Cities have begun the construction of Recycling Centres and construction of Refineries has been ceased in all but the most economically deprived Cities.

We appeal to our rich and powerful neighbours to aid us in this endeavour for, as you all know, Ireland is a backward, weak and impoverished Nation barely able to feed her citizens from the deserts that dominate her entire Northern half or the Glaciers and Tundra of her South.

Chairman Jon,

Tired of ads?

Yes, I'm the one responsible for Rating PBEM and I'd like to have one more rated game. My suggestion is that if you decide to rate the game, you start a new thread for it ,i.e., RDutcheese, where R stas for Rated.
BirdMan, you're already rated, and hope the nonrated will agree.

Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

Turn 121 to Frazer.

I personally feel that DC is too old and certainly needs more than 2 out of 8 Players to be rated to make it worthwhile anyway. The decision really lies with Frazer regardless.

With regard to the Turn rate, I can only sit back in utter amazement!

News From the Vikings

Yet another new city was founded today in the sandy far east of Viking territory. The wonderful city of Copenhagen opened it's gates to the settlers who have travel many miles from the prosperous but somewhat overcrowded city of Roskilde. whilst the land around Copenhagen is not ideal for agriculture the income from the oil resources and fishing in the warm waters of the Viking ocean will allow this city to grow into a great modern thriving center of the Viking nation.

In the great Viking Capital Trondheim (soon to be the biggest city on earth) an oil refinery was finally opened greatly increasing production levels. Frazer aware of the possible negative impact of the refinery on the environment has commissioned the planting of a tree.
