=======================
Leaders of the World. I, King Thor announce to you, the decimation of what appears to be the entire Northern army of the Assyrians. We have noted a Zulu diplomat who happened to be in the area, and he lay witness to the massacre that took place outside the walls of the Assyrian capital.
I had dispatched a Guard to bring the Zulu diplomat under our protection, especially since he appeared right in the middle of a terrible battlefield. It was to our great pleasure that when the Diplomat was brought to my tent, that he carried with him a letter from His great King. After Having read the letter, the diplomat was made guest of honor at a great feast that was held, both in honour of the crushing defeat of the Assyrian hordes, and in celebration of a great new partnership between two of the world's greatest nations.
Also we have sent word to the new King of the Brazilians to affirm his peaceful intentions and friendship.
We also call on the leaders to the world, to help elect a new leader for the Assyrians. For even as we feasted 2 phlanx divisions watched us from the hills, not knowing where to run. Alas! They shall meet a swift end soon. With the self imposed exile that the Assyrian leadership has gone through, we must suggest that a new leadership be instituted to provide the Assyrians in their time of desperate need.
King Thor, Leader of the Germans.

"The American nation is shocked after the rumor that Emperor Creator has died! Although his body never found his officers assure the event and they admit that they kept it secret until a new emperor is rised in the throne of Assyria. But the tremendous loss of the entire North Army generated questions about the absent of their lord and the pressures lead the officers to pronounce his death. Although a new emperor has not been found yet rumor has it that the most dominant for the throne is his closest advisor, Swissy. Assyrian messegers who have arrived to Washington DC presented a proposal to intermediate with the other nations for a truce until a new emperor is found. So I call all the nations to temporary stop any actions against the Assyrians until the rise of a new Assyrian emperor."

The messenger trembled as he entered the room and stood before the spiritual leader of the Assyrian people. Few had ever seen the Ayatollah Swissy, for many years he had been in exile in the mountains north of Assur. An exile decreed by the Shah Creator. But as he had forseen, the Shah Creator had lead his people on a path of ruin. Swissy took the pouch from the messenger and examined its contents. The message was from the Imam of Nenivah, it told of the great folly of the Shah in his war against the Northmen called Germans. And how now the Shah was nowhere to be found. Swissy looked up to the assembled clerics as spoke, " It is time."
With that said, let's get down to bussiness. Since I do not have the time to contact everyone in this game without delaying it, I will do some broadcast diplomacy.
First, the Germans. You have obviously taken advantage of the situation of Creator not playing his turns. Pull your forces back to Dusseldorf, that is only fair considering you have beefited from non-mevement of Assyrian forces.
Next, the Zulu. Yon may HAVE the southern most Nile city. But you will have to take it. I will move my troops out NEXT turn, so you may then walk in. Seeing it is a size two city, it should survive your assault. Please leave a route ou to the north. The northern Nile city is another matter. Considering the size of the city, it must have been there for quite awhile. So I will not give that one up.
Finally the rest of the World, I do not intend to continue the policies of the former ruler.

The germans Welcome Swissy to the Game, and wish him luck as the leader of the Assyrians.
Swissy, I'd like you to get an older turn of the game and open my turn to see the positioning of my armies. I had not moved my armies for 2 turns awaiting the return of Creator, and even before that, you would see that my armies were moving into those positions from before.
I have absolutely NOT taken advantage of The Assyrian position. I was infact trying to get a leader for the civilization as soon as possible. My armies were sitting there waiting for someone to quickly take leadership so that I could attack but in the end I just got impatient. Again, please open an older turn and examine the position of my armies (around 2 turns back) .. You will see they were always standing around over there. I understand that if you view my turn you could view my other stuff, but I think I can trust you enough to just verify what I said. This invitation if open to all who doubt that my armies weren't ready to attack 2-3 turns ago.
Also, swissy, my armies wont be retreating, although you have two options.
I will not attack you further until you make your intentions clear.. hopefully those intentions will be peaceful. .. or I can give you time to get your self well positioned before continuing this "war". Creator started to harass me, and that is why we went to war in the first place. I for one would, love to have peace in the region, but the previous leader of the Assyrians only wanted war.
Please Swissy, I dont have anything against you or Creator, so dont get mad at me, because I got impatient. I have NOT taken advantage of Creator's absense, if anything.. I'm suffering because of it.
So what do you say? I'm gonna retreat, and we can all start over.. and you and I can make peace? What say?

Turn is a movin'!!
We regret to inform the world that the German army was forced to take retaliatory action after news spread that the Assyrians had brutally murdered some German Scouts camping outside Nineveh.
We again wish to assert our position. We want NO war. We wish only peace. However, the new Assyrian leader seems inclined in the same way as his predecessor. What is it with the Assyrians? Do they ALL thirst for German blood? Why? What have we done to them?
Leader of the Assyrians. Leave us alone, and we shall not pursue any military action against you. Let us negotiate our positions. You may have read through your ancient scripts and realized just how brutal, the Late King Creator was. We were his victims. Please, I urge you to seek a path of reconciliation, and of diplomacy instead of war and destruction. We understand, however we will take the initiative. We will not besiege your capital although it is within our grasp. Indeed we shall retreat from our current positions and also promise to accept and temporary peace measures you wish to enact. If you do not wish to initiate peaceful negotiations, we will attempt to the next turn, and will hope for a positive response.
So, I have spoken, and so, it shall be done.
