Peace has returned to the Middle East. We have signed the peace treaty proposed by the Assyrian emissary who had come to visit our camp gounds outside Nineveh. "The Nineveh Peace accord" is to be enacted immediately.
The Germans have accepted all the demands from the Assyrians and placed no counter demands. However, we would like to point out to the Assyrians that they were in no position to make any demands on us, but the reason we accepted the demands are because we wanted to show you our good will, and our commitment to peace.
I believe Ayotollah Swissy, that the next step for both of us will be to lower our military readiness. I will do that first thing next turn, I would ask that you do the same. I will be reducing millitary readiness all the way down. Once again, I will take the first step, and hopefully you shall see it fit to also make similar gestures.
Major points of the Peace Accord
1) A ceasation of all hostilities between our nations.
2) A ban on all slaving/religious/covert activity between the nations of Assyria and Germany.
3) No military unit from one nation can enter the land of the other nation without the explicity and prior approval of the Government of the other nation.
4) A permanent border will be set up in the near future, to end any disagreements on territorial ownership.
Any Violation of any of the terms of this treaty will instantly invalidate the above treaty, and the violator will be held liable for his actions.

Ayotollah Swissy, Please post on this thread your explicit approval of the Peace accord, and your acceptance of it. If you fail to post an acceptance of this Treaty, it will not come into existence in the first place, rendering all previous agreements based on it, invalid.
