Perhaps you could upload the turn files to a free web space provider, then post the URLs to them here? (Of course, we'd all have to promise not to download other people's turns -- but I don't have a problem with that.)

Bart hasn't been posting his turn sends here. I've been playing the turns within minutes of receiving them, because I've been home and on the computer when they arrived (turn 1 was just luck, and today's a US holiday).

The Americans are pursuing a policy of peaceful expansion and growth; tbe land is rich, and there is much to learn.

The game locked up on me twice while playing this one. I recently upgraded to X 4.0.1 on this box, so that could be related (it's never locked up on me under X 3.3.6). I'll try to figure out how to reproduce it, and report the bug to Loki.
(Done... added comments to Bug #1745. I'll have to trust you guys not to download the turn file that I attached, because Loki's "private" switch doesn't seem to work as advertised.)
