The updated ratings have been added to my Excel workbook, and here are the comments:
Looking at the progress-over-time chart, the best progress so far is done by King Thor, congratulations one again ! Thor, you are becoming a CTP PBEM champion, even though the things might slightly change, but anything except you now has a rating of under 21.000.
Worst progress is by Arthur, due to his often delinquency. Sorry man, that's the way it goes.
Aaginor is yet rated quite high, but he has lost almost 1.3 rating points in comparision to how he started.
Then, I do have a suggestion: on December 31, 2000, I store the 5 top rated players. On January 1, 2001 (well, perhaps a bit later), we start a new game whith 5 top players playing a rated game.
The "Top 5" game should be very fast - start at least in the Renaissance era, or perhaps even later, in the Modern, and go on with lots of gold, Settlers and some cavalry explorers (quite close to Eagles at War game, but with way more advances). I hope the "Top 5" game can finish soon enough, as almost no time is needed to advance then.
Quinns, you can also read my email for some additional information.
Quinns: well, ok, if it's Residence, let this come down, I just was probably too thrilled about this, you're weriting absoultely right.

Right Birdman! Now I just need the rest of the details :
1) Handles (Forum Names) and associated civilizations of players involved, (it would be great if you could convince everyone who is playing to agree to it being a rated game);
2) Current turn; and
3) Some kind of written approval from the rated players mentioned. (Saying, "Okay by me" or something similar, within a thread, is good enough).

Of course Yeti! I'll put you in the list and you'll see your name listed in less than a week. You will have an intitial rating of 16.000 (Warlord). (I pull most of your information from your "profile" so please have that updated.)

TheBirdMan, I will agree to more games being rated, as this gives us a boost and is more interesting.
"Top 6", bot "Top 5" ? In one of my postings I said that till end of 2000 we will probably also play 10 rated turns in Love Conquers and Eagles at War, so it will be more objective then the name AaaaTheBirdMan .
Quinns, why isn't Yeti added to the listing?
Yeti, you will be now at the bottom of the table, sorry, but the things might go better later. As for finding a game, you will do that in time, soon you'll have so many games... First, new games appear time to time, second players tend to need substitutes, some of them becoming permanent. And, you should find a thread entitled PBEM Ladders and read it for more on Rankings system.

Solver, I updated the ratings manually, but this is the last time I update the ratings on a DAILY basis. From now on it will be done once a week, Sundays at 23:00 Apolyton Time, at the latest. All new members should still post here, to this thread, but the ratings won't update until Sunday. Sorry, but I don't have time to jump in and update the ratings each instant a new player is added.
