	New Faction: Mentalist Support Apolyton, buy Alpha Centauri

I've modified the "fungboy" faction to obtain this "pacifist" one.

Attached is the text file. You can get the related img file copying the fungboy*.pcx files and renaming them in mind*.pcx.

As you can see this faction can only be effective using PSI combat so ...

They are extremly weak as a faction. Their morale penalty means their empath/trance abilities means little and that only when warring wormusers. Going mindworm yourself is hard since you have no planet rating and they don't get empath/trance abilities. Besides, going all PSI yourself is hard when people expect it.
