CivCTP gone bust! Can't do PBEM now! Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

Hi all! I can't seem to get any games loaded (PBEM or Local) without being kicked to desktop with to following:

CivCTP has caused an error in [ unknown ]

If problems persist please restart you computer

Any ideas please post here. Also, until this problem is sorted I cannot play turns in One City Challenge, Bulletproof or any other games I'm in.
