Imran, there was a recession when Clinton took office, which ended shortly afterwards. In retrospect this is attributed to the fiscal policies Clinton implemented, on the advice of Alan Greenspan.

We just had an earthquake he in Anaheim California. Pretty big based on how long it lasted 20 seconds or so. Probably over five possibly around six depending on how far away it was. No sharp movements here but somewhere there is likely damage.
