I was thinking Port Rouge was part of Mingapulco (with Rheims and Chartres), former Region One... Am I wrong?
IMO, Mingapulco could be formed by Termina, Apolytonia, Tassagrad and BHQ, as said by GhengisFarb in another thread. And yes, HII (HereIt Is ), Port Rouge, Rheims and Marseilles would belong to Ile de Rose, former Region Four. It's more logical, isn't?

No, you're 100% right. All 3 are in glorious Mingapulco, Apolytonia's greatest tourist destination.

Chiquita is in Pina Colada. The reason those three former french cities are in Mingapulco is that when you look at a map, I tried to do a split based on river locations. That also put timeline into Mingapulco, which was just too large at this point in the game. So I moved timeline over to Pina Colada, in the hopes our little excursion with france would be quick and that we would be looking at the americans now, adding their cities into Pina Colada....

Unfortunately, things have changed quite a bit since that time, which wasn't all to long ago.

So, how would you all like to divide our nation into regions? I would seariously like to know as I think it would be best when I am leaving office (or being reelected, haven't made up my mind whether to run again or not) that this system be formalized for the next administration.
