I saw that you're working on version 3.2 for the PtW version. Are you also making a 3.2 version for reg civ3?
For some strange reason Ptw is giving me all sorts of troubles, crashing all the time.

That will be developed at a slower pace. I intended on a simulataneous development, but I have run into some personal issues and it is on hold right now.

Thanks for your help... love the Balancer Mod, downloading 3.1 tonight. Will update take effect on existing games, or does new game have to be started? Also, any timeframe on 3.2 for PTW yet? Distant future, or a few weeks? Thanks!

Unfortunately you have to start a new game for the newer effects of 3.1 to come into play. 3.2 is currently in an early stage of testing, we have not implemented everything we want to, in fact a lot of the smaller changes haven't been made yet. I plan to get a newer version of the 3.2 out to the testers this weekend, hopefully, but no promises.
