FIRAXIS: What enhancements will there be to the editor? Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations

Can Firaxis or anyone tell me what enhancements will there be to the editor? If this information has already been given, could someone provide me with a link please.

What about the built-in modswapper? Is there one? How will it work? Will it use a directory structure for localised changes or will it do a copy when you load a new scenario?

Will we be able to set a starting date and rules for date incrementation?

What other changes?
