Germany is a poor nation. We have not much gold. The war with the previous Assyrian government left us with little besides a proud and powerful army. German industries are already indebted to the Americans and survive on American generosity. However, the japanese are our brothers. We will contribute 200 gold to the japanese to help them in their efforts to regain their land.

Ayotollah swissy, I do not think it is ethical to ask for more than 1000 gold per city for they have been providing your nation with much gold, science and productivity for several years. Also, the land was forcefully taken by your cruel predecessor. Returning it would be the right thing to do. the 1000 gold per city is a maximum amount I suggest, because after all, these are japanese people who are being returned to their homeland.
