We heard the offer of Swissy and we are very pleased about this. It looks like there has been a real change in the assyrian politics and we are thankful for the outstretched hand.

Noble Ayotollah Swissy, I do know that we do not have a official border setup yet. I believe it is time we begin work on that. I have a samurai battalion about as much into your territory as you have one in mine. (yes I am reffering to the one in the north). The soldiers of that Battalion are in no direct threat. For I understand that no border has been agreed up on in the area. However I must urge you to order them to move southward. We will talk to our cartographers to devise a good border that will be fair to both of us and will make it easily defendable for us both as well.

Among other things, we would like to discuss why the assyrian disbanded their efforts of making an emancipation proclamation.

First the money will be given and after (next turn) Yokohama will be delivered to the Japanese. This will be done by the Assyrian forces evacuating the city and the Japanese entering in it.
2nd installment: 500 gold from the Americans. After the money have been given, Hiroshima will be evacuated and given to the Japanese.
3rd installment: 500 gold from the Americans after a short time."
