	Ammendment: Changing Administrations Support Apolyton buy from Amazon

This is in reguard to the discussion located on this thread:

Should this ammendment be included in the CoL?

Changing Administrations

Elections will be held for all officials from the 12th to the 17th of each month. If no officia nomination thread exists by the 5th, the President is required to make one.

Upon the completion of the elections, the leaving administration is required to play ONE turnthread/chat sometime from the 16th to the 18th to give the new administration time to organize, appoint deputies, and create their new offices in the manner they wish.

For the puposes of this poll, Abstain will be counted a 'NO'.

I knew there was something fundamentally wrong with this thread, and I've discovered it: "Ammendment" should have only one m and be "Amendment".

Otherwise, this is a no-brainer, Yea is my vote.

I PERSONALLY feel differently. Abstains should not be thrown out, and should influence the Polls. The Court ruled that I can put in the poll whatever I want Abstain to count towards, so I will.

Abstain is an 'I Don't Care Enough to Vote Yes or No', But I feel that if 2/3 of the population do not feel strongly enough to vote 'yes' then the amendment should not pass, therefore, they count as no, and are not thrown out.

Ah, Panag. We must disagree here. It has been said that the public is a senate. In a Senate, enough abstains do prevent a motion from passing. I believe we must keep that interpretation here. However, the Court has allowed for both our views to be held, and in as much, the creator of the poll determines which view to use. THIS poll will count the abstains, since I stated as much in the top. It still means you don't really car one way or the other, but it should not be thrown out either.

, okay on most parts , but sometimes people vote "abstain" because none of the options pleases them , ....

it does not mean that you dont care , just simply that you dont feel that yes or no is a good choice , ...

sometimes the choices are to often only black and white , while the grey tends to be a good way , ....

And if no option is pleasing, their opinion should still be heard. Throwing out such votes is counter-productive IMO.
