I didn't have him infiltrated, so I didn't know how much he had!
The only rule about AI diplomacy that I am aware of us no base trading.
Oh and I wasn't able to get the turn via my university email account, but hotmail worked.
Hobbes in the future it isn't necessary to send the turn to my university account, but it would be nice of you to send a message to the uni account saying that you sent the turn to my hotmail account... I check the uni account much more frequently.

Hobbes... hobbes... hobbes... why won't you give peace a chance? I infiltrated you because you left me no option, you broke pact for no reason, you send a probe foil at me, and you are researching impact weapons. Since everyone here has you infiltrated they can see that your "pacifistic" attitude is a sham, what with you building recon rovers at almost every base.
Our pact brought in lots of commerce income, now we are wasting money on weapons of war. You haven't even finished settling your own continent
There are several things that I have done that apparently piss you off, I had a probe near your territory, and I built a base near your territory. This is what you call hostile acts?
That said, forgive and forget is my motto. I am still willing to resume pact with you, a pact is the only way for both of us to remain peaceful, so we know what the other is doing.

In Hobbes' defense - Miriam did empty one of his bases this year...probably with the impact weapons she brags about. AND, she already has Plasma armor. A generous contingent of recon rovers is only prudent for Hobbes to maintain the integrity of his holdings.

I don't hold any grudges against hobbes, all that I am saying is that I had no option but to infiltrate. Someone doesn't break pact and send a probe against you because they want peace...
My only advantage over hobbes right now, infiltration, will be erased if we pact together again.
We both had our reasons for our bellicose actions, I am sure hobbes might have interpreted my actions as hostile, and I had my reasons to suspect him as well.
Grudges don't gain anyone anything, and a war at this stage in the game will leave nothing but scorched earth.
My pactmates can verify that I am scarcely preparing for an invasion.
