I am starting this thread since it appears there is no such thread for orders to be posted. Perhaps this is someone else's job, but why should anyone complain? Besides, my poll is over already.

2113/2115 onwards Former - CentEco discovered by then if we have a second base

The result of the poll will be clear enough, I hope.
If two location got equal numbers of votes, I presume I should give orders myself. In that case :
if the two runner ups are NW and SW, build on NW.
If the two runner ups are NW and nuts, build on NW.
If the two runner ups are SW and nuts, build SW.
