ok, so it can be determined where the nuke was made, then it is (higly) likely that it was made in the former Soviet Union, no?
What would that do to Russian/US relationship, another cold war?
Cos surely the US won't attack Russia, right ?

Thanks, Lemmy; you beat me to it. Who do you nuke if its Al-Qaeda? We don't even know where Waldo...er, Osama...is. And what if the cell that planned it was operating out of Germany, or the UK? The whole point of terrorism is that its committed by individuals, not nation-states. Does no one grasp that?
