This is not exactly correct, Solver. It is correct that everyone defeats you three times, but the person resigning goes down and the others go UP, just as in a regular defeat. This is what we agreed upon earlier.

Sorry Demos, you resigned from two or three rated games. That caused your rating to fall substantially. I got hit as well when I resigned from "Love Conquers?"

Well, that's a huge difference. It might be just like it was with Aaginor - connection problems, new PC, and now no CtP - then it's nonsense to give the penalty.
Otherwise, the penalty is applied.
Quinns, don't do anything about him yet.
