Well I don't know what it could be, all I know this game is just one big awkward and clunky pile of crap. I have run across so many glitches its not funny.
The more junk you get on the screen the worse things get. The Civ 2 freaks just hate this game with a passion, they bash it every chance they get. The funny thing is though, civ2 is just as screwed up as this one. Maybe not so much in the graphical sense because of less demands on the computer while playing civ2.
I kind of like it though, it has/had allot of potential. Not a bad multiplayer game.

Yeah, good points Jon. I didn't like ctp2 either, but once again they had some good ideas. Too bad they didn't just improve ctp1.
Do you think you will get much science out of them Swissy. With one city they probably have research rate of 50.

Wow.. were on a roll today
I just checked it out and its in revolt. Has it been like that long? Your right Jon, I don't imagine a task like that is within its capabilities. It can't even do simple stuff let alone something like that.
Well I'm a fascist maybe it would be more fitting for me to do it. aww.. but they do love me so. I'm a fascist with a big heart.
Try sending a spacefighter up the space ladder jon and see what happens.

Blood thirsty lot you are
You got me curious and I checked. A space city cannot build a conventional settler. How about if I give it space colonies and see if we can get it to grow. Kind of like growing a bacteria culture or something.

Just for the record Jon I was talking about Swissy. I like his spunk.
And yes the winters are very long and cold, we have to wear many pairs of pink long johns. Of course this hibernation in on our little igloos leads to all kinds of deviant behaviour. Its very hard to coax a moose into a igloo for night of love. They are rather big and an Igloo's entrance is rather small. Leads to some amazing improvisation, sometimes we just forget about coaxing the beasts into our domains and just get out the stilts.

Only you guys can unleash the beast to the east.
I was just looking around watching Swissy build his little sea empire. I also have a number of sea cities in and around that spot. Why are you in this area?

I thought everybody liked my Shaggy-dog stories.
Turn 275 to Swissy don shouts to his playing partners as once again and again he plays his turn promptly and quickly. Should have sat on it for awhile as sort of huge middle finger gesture.

I find it depends where abouts I'm in space, some areas are just impossible, so i don't even bother.
Woohoo... a Leviathans party. Are you bringing the tea Jon? My naval party not good enough for you.
Another quickly played turn passed to Swissy, Turn 276 if I'm not mistaken.
