Dear Greeks

It would seem we are both dropping anchors on each other's water ways. We Canadians suggest a mutual pull back before shots are fired in error. We suggest a neutral pull out, greeks will start and we will as friends and allies pull out an equal amount of anchors in water ways.

We hope or friends the Greeks agree to this proposal, or possibly have anther idea in mind which will will entertain. This environment right now is not in the best interest for either party and it has strained our relationship to date.
