	Who should lead the new Imperial Canadian Apolyton Party Put an end to popups!

In response to the Civ2 Aussies, the Communist party, the Green Army and the Jon Miller Cult, we have decided to form a new Canadian group for institutional recognition!

Addition: The ICAP leadership race has been concluded, with Zylka named Prime Minister and Asher Vice Minister of Affairs. New leadership races will be held within the next 3 months, at the descretion of the Prime Minister.
