Today the new Chinese leader Saddam Zhu Minh realized the Task confronting him. He criticized the former leader Xeng Chin Yeti for letting China wilt into a pathetic Nation. He has pointed out that Increasing foriegn reliance on Trade was to blame for Chinas problems. He mentioned a Huge trade deficit nearly 70% of the chinas income , came from imported goods. Saddam has came out with a new plan which rely's heavily on traditional Trade alliances with Rome. Including an attempt to Begin trading with our Nothern Neighbor, the Scottish. Already Massive reforms have beared good fruit. Scientific Counsil research time was cut in half. As well as a doubling of China's budget.

The Military and Naval reforms are also underway. The Chinese navy is set to unveil several new all Steel ships in the next few seasons. And the armed forces are set to acquire several new weapons of war.

hey, I will play fraze turn here until his cpu is fixed. Dont worry, I wont do anything bad, he is pretty far behind from what I could tell.i would hate for him to drop further behind. So I sent him some tech.It seemed like him and yeti were pretty close friends anyway.

Small message to my amecian neighbor: I think it still could be discussed, if the disputed area belonged to the americans - but as we have no real disputes I shall leave this matter. As for the tririme, I friendly ask for free passage for my trireme. It is old and have to return to it's home, where it would end it's days as firewood for the citizens.

I honor and thanks my chinese ally for the gift. It is of great value for the roman people.

Special message to my dear russian leader: Once more, I have to turn your proposals down. Do not take it personal, but why exchange an attractive knowledge for something, that your ally already had given you for free? You shall be welcome to make a new proposal. As you probably had expected, I have also turned down your goldgift, as it would not be polite to receive a gift without having anything to give back.
