I take it the Russians established a city on this island and it got attacked by a wicked barb. I wonder if the city had a defensive unit within its gates. I have had a city on this Island for several turns now and haven't seen a barb, so I guess Swissy's friendly diplomatic party rid the Island of this vermin. Well I guess I should say thanks Swissy.

"So the English are an American puppet, much as I expected. And what other news of the world do you have Comrade Security Minister?"
"Well Chairman, the Americans seem to making quite a build up. The Chinese had lodged a complaint about an inordinate amount of troops at their border," replied Comrade Samuel.
"So what is our plan?"
"We have sufficent destroyers to allow our submariners tobegin open ocean patrols. The Americans will not be able to approach Jamaican lands by sea," responed the Comrade Admiral.
"Air patrols have also been instituted," added the Comrade Air Marshall.
"We are safe from our potential enemies from afar, but what of the English? They sit almost upon our front step. They are producing vast amounts of pollution, which means they must be gearing up for something." the Chairman queried.
"They dare not atack us," bellowed the Comrade General," they would be crushed if any force landed on our shores. We are secure from any enemy."
The Chairman sat back smiles and thought; we may be safe from them, but re they safe from us?

Do our neighbours think that troops totally completely patrolling within American borders are a threat to them. Would'nt it be more logical that they would be more of a threat outside of American borders. Would our neigbours prefer if we didn't build any troops within our lands. How about I leave a nice big sign on the border saying "No troops, please invade". I think I would rather build lots of troops and have you paranoid, then build none and have me paranoid.

To our Chinese Neighbours
Your protest has been noted, we will remove the evidence of any buildup and we ourselves will reduce our troops to leave the equal number of sentries on our city perimeter/border squares. This will be a Machine gunner and Musketeer, the same as you.
We wish no squabble with our Chinese friends, we are not aggressive as others make us out to be, but we will do much to insure the safety of our people.
